  • We respond to your emails when you look for more information about our workshops.
  • We use your email address to keep you up to date with our workshop provision.
  • We do not actively seek email addresses
  • We never forward your email address to other parties
  • When sending out emails to multiple addresses about our courses, your email address is always hidden from other recipients (we use blind copy as standard)

Facebook

We use Facebook to advertise our courses and to provide a post for each workshop we run. We never put anything on Facebook that can identify individuals either through photos or within the text.  Our focus is the furniture and the processes involved in upholstery.

Keeping records

We keep a record of who has attended which workshop and note any particular requests such as an intention to come to further workshops; particular equipment needed for subsequent workshops; any information shared (for example, good sources of fabric).

We use this information to look at popularity of venues; attendance; particular needs for future workshops and work out how successful each workshop was in terms of costs and profitability.  We never share this information with other parties.

Any information shared with third parties (e.g. our accountant) might include your name (which we ask you to provide as reference on bank transactions so payments to our business account can be identified correctly) but no additional information (such as email address) is provided.
